Copying files between PixiePro and another device
SFTP means SSH File Transfer Protocol (Secured). It provides a secured connection while transferring files from one host to an other. By using SFTP you can easily change, browse and edit files on PixiePro.
- PixiePro has the sshd service enabled by default. If you wish to disable OpenSSH service, issue the following command:
$ sudo systemctl disable sshd
You can access your files with the sftp program like FileZilla
Secure copy or SCP allows secure transferring of files between a local host and a remote host or between two remote hosts. It uses the same authentication and security as the Secure Shell (SSH) protocol from which it is based.
